The iPhone 16 series is now available for pre-order both online and in physical stores nationwide, starting at Rs 79,900 for the base model. American Express, ICICI, and Axis Bank cardholders can purchase it for Rs 74,900. Additionally, HDFC’s Smartbuy store is offering a deal that reduces the effective price of the iPhone 16 to Rs 66,600.
HDFC Infinia credit card holders earn 1 reward point (RP) for every Rs 150 spent. With this special offer, pre-ordering the iPhone 16 through the Smartbuy portal will grant 5x reward points, totaling 13,300 reward points.
This reduces the effective price of the iPhone 16 from Rs 79,900 to Rs 66,600. Keep in mind that this is not a direct cashback; instead, you can redeem these reward points (1 RP = Re. 1) for booking hotels, flight tickets, and other services.
There is a similar offer for the iPhone 16 Plus, priced at Rs 89,900, which reduces the effective price to Rs 74,925. For the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max, users will receive a flat 15,000 reward points, bringing the effective prices down to Rs 104,900 and Rs 119,900, respectively. The offer also applies to the Apple Watch Ultra 2, reducing its effective price to Rs 74,925 with 14,925 reward points.
Please note that HDFC has a monthly limit of 15,000 reward points. If you have already accrued reward points from other purchases, the points earned from this offer will be adjusted accordingly.
